Fender Rhodes Stage 73 Mark 1
At Klassic Keys we try hard to ensure that there is one piano that is immediately available for sale. The Stage 73 is the most likely model. Typical price £1175 -£1475, according to condition and accessories. The other models appear sporadically.

All our pianos are brought up to a playable standard; this does not automatically mean a total restoration. We believe that "if it aint broke, dont fix it" eg we will patch-up the tolex/vinyl where required, but sometimes the entire piano will be re-covered (sorry, we dont bother with the lid). Invariably, everything will work 100%, and stretch-tuned to A-440Hz. The controls will work as per usual. All the keys will be even, felts replaced where necessary etc and then played and played until we are happy wih the "feel", adjusting the tine/pick-up balance until maximum tonality and good volume is achieved. The sustain mechanism will work freely, the dampers will damp, and the pedal/rod and legs (either original or repro) will be present and can be stached away in the removeable lid for transportation. Braces are sometimes also included in the package but each piano will have its individual "package" so please contact us for details.
Wurlitzer EP 200
There is usually a Wurli EP200 or 200A available for sale at Klassic Keys. Typically, the price will be £995 - £1495 depending on how much time has been spent on returning the piano to a decent state of play.
Wurlitzer pianos are incredibly complex instruments; the key-action section has over 3,000 components in it (whips, butts, etc. they are genuine pianos!). Every unit is totally stripped down to the key-bed. All 64 hammers, all 64 whip assemblies, all 64 keys are removed and lubricated,replaced or adjusted until all parts are performing as they ought to.
The damper mechanism will work perfectly. Every note will "sound" for 2 seconds minimum ~ all the reeds will be checked for performance and finally the piano will be stretch-tuned to A-440Hz. The amplifier will be re-built do note that many components on the board will be "tired" ; not designed to last for 35-odd year our re-populated amplifiers are guarenteed for 6 months. The speakers will be rattle-free. The contols will be scratch-free. Legs and pedal will be included in the packge.
